My only problem was the fridge in room 138 made a tapping noise all night. And one minor thing is the shower is to low. Tall people can’t wash their hair unless they aim it up and then it will spray all over the wall and soak the floor.

Had to change rooms two times. First time the room was musty, second time it was smoky, third time we stayed, but there was a smell of perfume, maybe too strong cleaning products? I asked for my money back after the second room, and the front desk said give it one more chance, which I did. At that point it was late, I had been driving all day, and the thought of trying to find another hotel was overwhelming. The third room was okay, so stayed. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The grounds need maintenance and some attention. Front desk clerk was nice.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient. Nothing fancy but the bed was comfy and the shower was hot, it is perfect for its price point. Had a lovely stay.

- $20/night dog fee, no grass to bathroom or exercise. - Smoke/CO2 detector inoperable - battery removed and access door open. - Toilet like a Disney ride with only one secured bolt - Paint peeling off ceiling - Shower head hit me right above the navel - Freezer inoperable - so frosted over, no room to utilize. - Will never stay here again...

It was nice but the property manager asked for papers on my service dog and legally no one is allowed to ask for the papers! They were rude about it & I had to pay the “pet deposit” which says “service animals excluded.”

Likes: The price. Hot Springs is a tourist town. It is nice being able to stay at a place with a such a great location for the prices.Walking distance to Kroger and several places to eat. It has been nice and quiet all the times I've stayed here. The rooms are clean and the bed was super comfy. The water scalding hot with great pressure. Dislikes: The Internet is painfully slow. Ended up just tethering my computer to my cell phone. Some sections of the parking lot area need to be re-paved. Limited breakfast options Expedia lists a guest laundry facility. It DOES NOT have a guest laundry. Expedia please remove that.

The staff was VERY good at accommodating us when we were in town early due to the snowstorms in Louisville. Check in time was 3 but we rolled in early around 11 and by noon they had found us a room for ourselves and our dog.
