Named after the beloved Elizabeth Bennet of Pride and Prejudice, our home embodies a perfect balance of classic elegance and a lively, welcoming spirit. The Elizabeth is a beautifully renovated Victorian that preserves its 19th-century soul while offering the amenities today’s groups desire.

Located just a short stroll from the heart of downtown Hot Springs, this is the perfect home base for those who appreciate original details, and being steps away from the best local spots.

We have worked hard to maintain its historical integrity, which means you’ll find original hardwood floors and vintage hardware that add to the home's authentic personality.

-Sleeps 12: Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

-THE PRIMARY SUITE: A peaceful retreat with its own private ensuite bathroom.

-THE "SUNROOM NOOK": One bedroom opens into a bright sunroom equipped with a sleeper sofa, bunk beds, swivel chairs, and a TV—the ultimate "kids' wing" or extra sleeping space.

-Gathering Spaces: Enjoy a spacious kitchen and a large dining room designed for group feasts. The living room is both cozy and roomy.

Tucked into the hillside against a stunning natural rock wall, our outdoor space feels like a private, cozy sanctuary.

We are exceptionally close to the downtown action! You are a short walk from local favorites like SQZBX (Squeeze Box) Pizza, Colorado Grill, and Splash Wine Bar.

Note on Parking: Our driveway is quite spirited itself—it is extremely steep (honestly, steeper than it appears in the photos!).

4WD/AWD is highly recommended if you wish to park at the top.

Easy Street Parking: If you have a 2WD vehicle or simply prefer level ground, there is plenty of easy street parking right in front. Parking is never an issue!
