🚫 No unauthorized parties or events.
🚭 No smoking inside the home.
👥 Maximum occupancy: 24 guests, day or night.
🅿️ No overnight street parking. Driveway parking is available.
📸 Front and back outdoor cameras are in place for guest safety.
🪪 Guests must be 25+ to book. ID, guest list, and vehicle list are required prior to check-in.
💼 Vendors, including chefs, decorators, and outside service providers, must be pre-approved by the host and may require insurance and an additional fee.

Please note: All guests are required to sign a separate Guest Agreement in addition to the booking platform’s terms. After booking, we will send a secure link to review and sign. Completion of this agreement is required to confirm your stay.
