A beautiful, luxury home on Lake Balboa that is perfect for a large family, golfing/sporting groups, reunions or just a getaway weekend. This home has undergone a complete renovation top to bottom. There are all new floors and paint, and new furnishings in every room. There are great views of Lake Balboa from every lake side room and a level walk from the stone patio down the steps to the lake or to the boat dock that sits on 200 feet of seawall. When you enter on the main level, you are greeted with a large great room complete with living room with HDTV, kitchen, master bedroom, queen guest bedroom, dining area and half-bath, with great views of the lake. The kitchen is well stocked and has a dining table for 8 with an adjacent deck with a dining table and gas grill. The master bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and a private bath that features a walk in shower with jetted tub. The entry level also has a queen bedroom, half-bath near the entry, half-bath adjacent to the kitchen and utility room with full sized washer and dryer. Downstairs features a large family room with fooseball table and HDTV. There is a king bedroom on this level with a bathroom and the fourth bedroom has a two queen-sized beds. The third bathroom is downstairs and is adjacent to the family room and the fourth bedroom with two queen beds.. The family room opens up to a furnished deck with steps down to the stone patio and covered boat dock. WiFi throughout home with streaming HDTV and YouTubeTV for standard cable channels.

Fun Getaway With Friends

The house was just beautiful. Very spacious and great view. The house is on the lake, that is seen from master bedroom, living room, downstairs and every balcony. The view was spectacular. The only disappointing thing was the rain almost every day. We were limited to activities. But the house was amazing. Will definitely rent this house again.

Over this property is a must-book!!!! There was some trash underneath beds(dust bunnies)and crumbs in the cracks of the futon, but nothing too major!!! The host was very responsive and helpful! The property and views were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! It accommodated our entire party!! We will definitely book again!!!

Hot Springs Fun

Had a delightful time at this property. Great access to the lake and short travel time to Hot springs. Had a problem with the garage door and the property managed had it fix in a day, thank you to the management. Recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Comfortable, clean , and affordable. Thanks for a great place to stay.
