The picture of the pool on the web site was misleading. It was very small and not heated. There were no recycling containers on the property to recycle glass/plastic or cans. Also no option to decline housekeeping to decease water usage. For example only towels on the floor needed to be changed, and decline changing of sheets every day. Both of those changes really help save water and energy. Staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. Thank you

Check In...

upon arrival...and I knew I was arriving early, but your plane lands when your plane lands. Uber arrives at hotel...I met the young lady at the front desk and said I was there to check in. Was told my room was not available yet...not a problem, again I knew I was early and I knew the check in/ check out schedule. BUT then was told a room could be made available right away for $20 - that struck me the wrong way. I politely denied the offer. Asked where I could go to get a cup of coffee and was referred to another location that was within walking distance. upon return from my walk and coffee I was told my room was available and then it was mentioned, along with info on morning breakfast, internet passwords etc that oh by the way coffee was always available in the lobby lounge area. Odd that that would not have been mentioned/offered when I asked about coffee. She did offer upon arrival to hold my bags when I went to get coffee elsewhere which was appreciated.

I recently stayed here over the weekend, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from downtown, making it perfect for anyone looking to explore the city’s main attractions.
