Arrived and had to wait almost 30 minutes to check in because no one was at front desk and wouldn’t answer phone number given to call. When arrived into room it was hot and so turned down the ac and then went to use bathroom and light in bathroom didn’t work, had to get a lamp from room to plug in because once again no one was answering phone, took shower and there was no floor mat, they only gave us 2 towels and 2 washcloths. Came out of shower and room was still hot, called down stairs and finally got someone to answer, was moved rooms but then when getting into that room, I had paid for a king and was moved to a double bed room. Tv didn’t work, there was no coffee, no ice bucket and no cups, the blinds didn’t work as far as opening and closing. Was hoping to relax and get some rest after a long drive but definitely very unhappy.
