I stayed at the Hilton Post Oak Dec 27 to Jan 2 and stayed in room 1001, and I caught LICE. This hotel is LICE INFESTED. My son and I slept on the sofa bed, and we both caught lice. My husband and other two children did not because they were sleeping in the beds with sheets. They brought the sofa bed into our room from another room, and it was obviously infested with LICE from another guest. I called the hotel and wrote a formal complaint, and they haven’t even gotten back in touch. I wrote a formal complaint to Hilton customer service, and they also haven’t even written me back. Not one word. Not only that, this hotel was obviously NOT CLEAN. There were six old French fries and an olive on the carpet next to our room, and they were on the floor for all six days of our stay. No one cleaned the hallway. No one cared. And now that I have called and talked to three people at the Hilton Post Oak hotel, I know that no one cares because they treated me horribly, intimating that I was lying. I told them that the lice specialist I hired to comb through my and my son’s hair gave me the maturity of the insects and eggs, and I KNOW I caught it from this hotel. I KNOW it was the sofa bed because only my son and I got it. The timing is exactly right. Bad service. I told them to check on the people staying in that room now because they could catch the lice too. They laughed at me. Stay someplace else. This place is dirty dirty dirty, and if they mess up your stay, they do NOT CARE about

The room felt neglected and not completely clean. The walls in the bathroom were run-down. The next door neighbors were very loud throughout the night. Water was not available for guests during the night time and early morning. I was told water would begin to be available at 10am which was too late for my trip. Overall, the hotel stay was poor.

Dear Hilton Customer Service, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria. Upon arrival, I discovered that the hot water in the shower was not working. I immediately informed the front desk, and they assured me that maintenance would be sent to resolve the issue. I proceeded to the gym, and when I returned several hours later, the problem remained unresolved. The staff mentioned that the boiler was working, but I explained that while the hot water was available in the sink, it was not working in the shower, which suggested the issue was with the shower handle. They assured me once again that maintenance would be notified. As my son and I had an event to attend and urgently needed showers, I requested a different room. Initially, I was told there were no rooms available. After I explained our situation and the necessity of having a working shower, a room was eventually found for us. While I appreciate the staff's attempts to address the situation, I was disappointed by the lack of promptness and concern shown for our comfort throughout the process. This experience does not reflect the high standards I have come to appreciate from Hilton properties. I hope you can address this issue to help improve future guest experiences. Could you please let me know what steps can be taken to prevent similar situations? Thank you for your attention to this matter
