Work on Communcation

We arrived early were asked to pay an extra $50 to check in. No problem I asked specifically what I would be charged. Was told $75 extra and $25 would fall off. Signed paperwork. Woke up the next day was charged an additional $59.50. Front desk lady said I wouldn’t be able to get a copy of the receipt cause I booked through a 3rd party. When asked about the $59.50 charge she said it was for the early check in. Asked why it wasn’t the other way around she said she wasn’t there the previous day. Wouldn’t give me any paperwork. $50 turned to $59.50 and not the way I was explained it. Got an attitude from the lady cause I needed clarification on what was going on since I wouldn’t be getting any receipt.

Room was quiet and everything worked perfectly. This is a newer property and the room was well appointed. Good breakfasts. Very convenient to downtown, the Heights neighborhood, and the Texas Medical Center is 20 minutes away. Tons of great restaurants and grocery stores close by.
