Staff throughout the entire hotel were absolutely wonderful. I had a wonderful massage, probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had in the spa. The restaurant staff and food were great. Large, clean room with comfortable bed. There was a large gap under the door, and luckily my room was at the end of the hall so the hallway noise was minimal. All the staff are friendly. Will stay again and recommend Zaza Memorial if you want to avoid the Galleria mayhem.
