Cleaning fee is based on a "Courteous Guest" If Home is found dirty $75.00 cleaning fee will be added to your reservation.
There is a guest limit at this house. Please do not exceed it without contacting your host at least 48 hours prior to your stay.
Any type of smoke or vaping is prohibited inside of the home. This violation will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Pet can't be left alone at the property

Very nice property

Cute house 1st of all. The only negative thing i have to say about the house is in the kitchen sink there is no water pressure at all. To rinse out a cup took about 10 mins. & had to turn the water heater up to get any type of hot waterOther than that loved it.
