door didnt even fully close looked like it was kicked in before, , floor creaked really bad felt like you could fall through in the restroom, can hear the next room walking from all the creaking, the cockroaches and bugs being everywhere because they obviously dont clean them correctly the room wasnt even vacuumed properly, dirt and crumbs near the corners and by the bed, furniture being held up by pieces of paper/plastic literally , the room had a weird smell like mold almost, the fridge was dirty and bugs in there, was scared to put even my sealed water bottles.

I requested a smoking room, but had to accept a non-smoking room but agreed to The outside and parking area were kept clean on a daily basis. Entering the room it looked clean and inviting. My room was not cleaned the next morning period. No one came. The following day I asked for a extra blanket and was told I had to wait for housekeeping to come I checked in aro veryvery
