The front desk staff was rude, and the housekeeping staff was also unhelpful. Some jewelry went missing after they entered the room. However, the room was comfortable.

You should know, it will cost you 33 dollars to park every night. They will happily tell you how much cheaper it is then any other hotel. The valet parking is out of control all over Houston. I was so happy to leave the city
