Great stay at the Hyatt Place!

Great location and hotel. It seemed like a newer hotel, so the room and bathroom were well appointed and clean. The breakfast was fresh and nice options. The staff were all friendly. We felt safe, as a key card was necessary to reach the occupied room floors from the elevator. I will note that there is a $33 a night valet fee to park, but we used the Galleria parking garage which was one block down the street, so an easy walk. Careful of parking across the street in the plaza, as there were previous comments about predatory towing (there are lots of parking signs in that lot, so believed the comments). Overall, a great stay!

Fabulous Staff Stayed for 6 nights. Great Coffee Close to Galleria Mall A 5 minute walk to catch the 82 bus to the downtown area

Clean lobby and rooms in addition to easy valet parking with quick service. The breakfast is standard, and the dining area is fairly clean. Service was easy in regards to checking in and out. would recommend as i didn't have any major issues with this location!
