For the most part it was alright. Besides the point that they took 150 dollars from me which they told me I will receive back after I check out in after 3-5 business days I will have it back. It’s been more than 3-5 business days and I still haven’t received my money.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and the workspace in the room made it easy to stay productive. Would definitely stay here again for business or leisure.

Customer service was great. Breakfast options were great. Parking was pretty bad given the fact that we are required to pay $33 mandatory valet. Customers should be given the choice as the parking lot is attached to the hotel and the lot is empty. Or hire more workers to help because there aren't enough valet workers. Valet in mornings, nights, and check in time was very busy with only 1 or 2 workers having to run around. The valet texting option is not even useful. Pool is pretty small, looks way nicer in pictures.

It was great. Vallet was fast. Location was great. They were out of the room I booked. They compensated by waving the vallet fee. Super friendly staff. Front desk to housekeeping.
