Includes a large L-shaped Couch in the Living room which can be used to sleep an additional person. Additional Queen Size Air Mattress can be provided upon request (must give 24 hour notice before arrival).
Pets welcome with an additional rate of $40/trip. Owners are fully responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pet(s). Guests and their pet(s) are welcome to use the fenced backyard at their own risk and are expected to watch their pet(s) while they are in the yard.
