Stayed 12 days, high expectations for a 5 stars hotel. Nice location. Beautiful lobby. Staff dressed professional attire even to house keepers. All greeted us politely, opened our door. We felt welcome. Greet with smiles and keeping eyes contact during our conversations. It’s small gestures, but not happen often in VN. We had 2 premium rooms, nice extra space. Rooms are clean. Bedsheets are white and clean. Bathrooms are clean with all amenities like shampoo, shower gels filled. Toothbrush abd toothpaste provided are really nice with other things that we forgot to packed. Towels are freshly clean. Room slippers are clean and newly white. However, one bathroom had the light switch broken, toilet didn’t flush consistently, it’s annoying on the 1st night as we told the manager they should checked the room before we moved in. It’s nice they replaced the switch and a brand new toilet the next day when we’re out in the morning. Our other room lock has battery ran out so we couldn’t get back in the room on early morning. It was taken care right away. The staff did apologize and send a few things up as a token. There are not many rooms per floor which are very nice. 4 elevators provided plenty. We hardly had to wait for elevator. The sounds proof of noise are amazing. Our rooms are near the elevators, we didn’t hear anything. The staff are amazing. Quyen took care of us. Buffet breakfast is very nice and clean. Food are fresh and variety. Love

The hotel looks nice. The view from the 33rd-floor restaurant was great. The gym was exceptionally well-equipped. But it's not a five-start hotel primarily because of poor service. The service at the restaurant was extremely slow because staff were not paying attention. They just stood there. The same can be said about the coffee shop in the lobby. I bought a piece of cake and a cup of coffee, but the coffeemaker was out of order, which was fine. The woman at the shop seemed to have no idea what to do. I asked if I could get something else that doesn't require the use of the coffeemaker, but she was either unwilling or just completely flustered. Then I asked if I could get a refund on my credit card just for the coffee, but not for the cake. She wasn't sure what to do. I asked if I could get it back in cash. No clear response. After about ten minutes of back and forth, she took it to the reception desk. The guy at the desk told me that they couldn't make a refund with cash. So he voided my purchase both for the coffee AND the cake. In the end, I had to walk away, having wasted 20 minutes, with no cake or coffee. In the meantime, there was no apology or any acknowledgement that they had caused me inconvenience. Aside from the porr service, another potential problem for tourists is that the hotel is about 10-15 minutes away from a neighborhood where a lot of restaurants exist. You'd have to cross major streets to get there on foot.

Lovely hotel, short grab from the imperial city. We had a great lunch from the restaurant with incredible views and breakfast was also fab. There was some construction noise in the night from nearby sites. Very good price for a great hotel.

Staff, service, cleanliness of room, location were all exceptional. Only a 4 star for property condition because the toilet didn’t flush very well and the ceiling fan speed didn’t work well. Otherwise the property is kept in excellent condition. We would highly recommend a stay at the Melia Vinpearl in Hue!

The shower toiletries we very difficult to use as they are squirt bottles that didn’t work and could not remove from wall mount. The plugs next to the bed did not work and the only real accessible plug was all the way across the room. When I tried to exchange money at the counter they would not accept the usd claim it not good but the one they did take and gave me money written on and marked. Why not accept my money with one little dot but give me tiền and written on money? Sometimes it’s the smallest things that will make me not return. Thể zenith restaurant was so hot I was sweating while eating. Over all the hotel was okay but I think trying to be to fancy makes it not tolerable. I won’t stay again in the future

Very dedicated & efficient staff. Our room had some issue with the paint smell from a nearby room which was in renovation and Linh at the concierge desk promptly moved us to another room on a different floor and solved the problem. We were very happy with our stay there and are definitely recommending this hotel.
