Ideally located for both corporate visitors and tourists alike the Studio is just a short walk away from all that Hull has to offer.
The Studio has recently undergone refurbishment . New sofa, wooden blinds, new window bays, new electric kitchen utilities are some of the 2022 improvements with the emphasis on creating a comfortable space to relax and make yourself feel at home in.
An ideally located Serviced Studio Apartment within walking distance of all city centre attractions and amenities including The Deep, Hull Marina, Humber Street, Holy Trinity Church, Old Town Museum Sector, Ferens Art Gallery, Princess Quay and St Stephens shopping centre
A full program of all City of Culture 2017 events can be found in the apartment so you won’t miss a thing.
The Studio has recently been refurbished with your comfort in mind with the addition of soft furnishing, memory foam mattress, slumberdown quilt and 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding. You can sit back and relax watching our complimentary Netflix service on the 43” flat screen TV or catch up on some work at the workstation with PC and free Wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge washer/dryer oven hob and microwave with complimentary tea and coffee provided. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower, towels and complimentary toiletries provided.

Guests have sole access to the studio appartment and we provide upto 2 parking spaces for our guest free of charge.

Set on the fringes of the picturesque Holy Trinity Square, The studio enjoys a cul-de-sac position on the edge of Hulls Historic Old Town famous for its diverse architecture and maritime history. In close proximity you will find plenty of things to do with café/bars clubs & pubs, museums including Ferens Art Gallery, Hull Marina, The Deep and the newly redeveloped Humber Street.
The Studio has great road links being located straight off the A63 East Bound just after Hull Marina, there is a private car park for which parking permits will be issued for up to 2 cars.
If you are using public transport Hull Rail/Bus station are a 10 minute walk away or you could use our complimentary pickup service if you prefer.
We also offer a complimentary taxi service to and from the P & O Ferry Terminal just a 5-10 minute drive away.
If you are flying to or from Humberside airport pick up/drop off can be arranged by prior notice.
Transport can be arranged to and from any location within the city upon request
Please note there is a charge for these services.
A security/damage deposit of £100 is due on arrival via Bank transfer and returned on checkout date
