Very outdated. Needs renovation. Difficult checkin. Tele entry didn't work. Parking is across the street and need beeper. Didn't share check-in instructions til 3pm with name of building and entry instructions. Bugs in the unit, false advertising. None of the 149 photos shown was of the actual property. Beach was only rocks and no pool.
It is such a beautiful place. Had no problems with the property and they were very easy to contact. Air conditioning worked just fine. Would do it all over again!
I did not like anything about this property. Number one false advertisement. The pictures presently are not what you will get. After you send the cleaning deposit you will receive pictures of a room. One room bad air conditioning, smells horrible and couldn’t even get in through gate. Difficult to find. I stood one night out of eight days. That should say it all.
This property was absolutely outstanding! The home itself has such amazing history and character, which made my stay even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.
A special thank you to Nathalie; she was incredibly responsive, provided prompt replies, and answered all of my questions and concerns right away. Her hospitality made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and worry-free stay.
We encounter the apartment fitly, full of vermin. We have to spend hours cleaning the whole apartment so we could sleep. The next day we complained to management. They decided to enter the apartment While we were out without our knowledge or consent. Later they inform us that the apartment was clean of curse t was after we spend hours cleaning the night before. After we communicate our discontent for them entering the apartment without our knowledge/consent they completely ghost us. On top of that they charge $200 for maintenance on top of the initial $100 we have to pay for the same purposes before we check in. We leave the apartment in a better condition/cleanness that when we arrived. To my surprise to see The $200 dollar charge to my credit card again without any type of communication an agreement on our part.

The bed frame underneath the mattress (wood strips) are broken making the mattress sink in. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE… also no ironing board. When I emailed the host, wanted me to confirm about the ironing board. But didn’t mention anything about the bed which is very unprofessional. The bed has screws showing like they tried to fix the issue in the pass.
