Kotimme on noin 2000 neliön jalkaa yksi parhaista alueista Huntington Beach. Aivan rannalla, voit nähdä vettä talon. Kolme makuuhuonetta tarjoavat joustavuutta aikuisille, parit, lapset tai niiden yhdistelmä.
Makuuhuone on kauniisti tapaaminen erillinen kylpyhuone, turhamaisuus alue, vaatehuone, televisio, takka ja parveke. Olemme varmoja ihastut mukavat vuoteet, kun lopettaa joka päivä oman Huntington Beach seikkailu.

"Beach House" Stay

We immensely enjoyed our stay in Huntington Beach. This property was an easy walk to PCH and beach locations. The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery stores, parks, the town/pier and many other amenities the lovely area offers. The property owner stayed in touch to answer questions as well as fix maintenance issue(s). We also really enjoyed riding the provided bikes each day of our stay.

Beach getaway

The property was very nice big and spacious clean in a safe neighborhood. Walk to the beach or running route along the Pacific ocean with a view of a sunset cannot get over it. The property has a private garage at the back but you can also park right outside the house on the front street for ease. It has a lovely backyard with plants and outdoor barbecue grill. Kitchen was upgraded with a new appliances so its easy to prep a meal for a family or guests. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this property. Home away from home.

Close to Beach and Shopping

We enjoyed our stay at Mike and Natalie's townhouse. The house had plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood is very quiet, far enough from PCH to not hear the traffic, but close enough to walk less than 10 minutes to Dog Beach. Since walking on the beach is one of our favorite activities, it's nice not to have to deal with beach parking. We also enjoy the many restaurants and shopping close by. Mike and Natalie live close by and were very responsive to requests for some household items we needed. Thank you for making us feel welcome and comfortable. Pat W.

Great location, cozy house, everything we needed

We had the chance to stay at this home for about a month during the holiday season, and we're so glad we did. It's a short and easy walk to the beach (part of the reason we chose this location). We loved being able to pop down to the beach for a little bit and walk back home when the kids needed naps. The house had everything we needed, including lots of kitchen appliances for making holiday meals. There was also a grill which was a plus for my husband. Conveniently located to downtown as well for when we wanted to go out and see a little more of the town. The office in the front made it easy for us to work remotely in a quiet and comfortable location when needed. Overall, we had a really great stay and would definitely come back. Everything was well organized and easy to find. The owners were great, responsive, and lived nearby which put our minds at ease if we needed anything during the month (which we didn't).

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Mike was super helpful about where to go eat. We were a short walk or bike ride from the beach. We were a close drive to many other sites in the area. We cooked on the grill and sat out front enjoying to mild climate. There were 6 adults and plenty of room. My son even had some friends stop by and we weren’t crowded. I would gladly stay here again. There was no AC, but with the windows and ceiling fans, it wasn’t needed.

Not happy in Huntington Beach

To start, the pictures are not what you get. They obviously were taken years ago. The worn, dirty furniture in the family room is different than the picture. The floors were dirty as well, I bought a mop so I could clean them and paid for a house cleaning while we were there. An extra cleaning should be offered when you are there for a month. The kitchen needs a deep clean. Cabinets dirty, drawers dirty, handle broken. Utensils were a mix of things. The oven is old and put out so much heat from the top, I only used it twice. The cream colored carpet was filthy, even after they said it had just been cleaned. I put towels down so I could feel clean walking on it. The railing on the stair case was worn, not like the pictures and it was being held together with a black strap at the top. The bath/showers were clean but we had to replaced the broken head in one bathroom. The Bar B que is so rusted we bought a grill to place on top, thankfully we brought our own smaller grill to use. The beds were comfortable and the owner provider new sheets but I had to wash and make up all the beds. And I bought new blankets to use because the ones there had stains and seemed dirty. The owner brought portable AC units for the bedrooms and installed them… the rest of the house had no AC. The downstairs toilet didn’t work well. The location was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a table outside in the front patio but the seating in the backyard was not appealing. I found a cat sleeping on the swing all the time and if your are allergic to cats you would t want to use it. The owner was available and did help with an emergency medical issue. I have rented several vacation homes over the last 10 years during the summer… but I don’t think I got what I paid for. I would not rent this again for the price or condition that it was in. I took pictures and will share if you want them.

Family vacation

My husband and I have visited several beaches southern California coast & this location is excellent. Very safe neighborhood w/ very friendly neighbors & no problem finding a parking spot for friends and family. Mike’s house was very spacious for a home close to the beach, and we were surprised to find that he had beach bikes in their garage with a wagon full of beach gear.

High School Graduation Celebration of 2021

The property plants and trees were beautiful. They were all in Bloom...we even were able to pick homegrown vine tomatoes. The three outside areas of the property were perfect for relaxation and celebration. The layout of the entire home was just perfect for everyone. The beach cruisers and the umbrellas was a nice touch. The house was a short walk, bike ride or drive to everything that you needed. Close to the PCH...What more could you ask for? "Location Location,Location"

HB Review

Great house and excellent hosts!

We had an amazing time staying at Mike and Natalie‘s house in Huntington Beach. It is just a few blocks from the ocean, and the home is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. Mike and Natalie were quick to respond if there was anything we needed. The home is clean, comfortable, And well cared for. It was truly a home away from home for six weeks. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Great home!

The home was only a few blocks to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need from light meals to a 5 course dinner. The owner was very reachable and wanted to insure our stay was more than just a house to lay our head. I would definitely stay at this home again in the future. Thank you Mike and Natalie!!

perfect vacation home

we just returned from a week stay at this wonderful property. if had all amenities necessary to make one feel at home. check in process was smooth and the owners are very friendly and responsive. we loved how close of a walk it was to the beach (2 min) and we also walked to main street which was a nice 15 min stroll. would stay here again!

Great house, great location

Michael is a great host, he was available when we arrived, sorted one small issue for us and the house was fab. As he said Air con was not required even in August and weather was hot and sunny, but not too hot or humid. Beach is 10 min walk and is lovely Highly recommended for families - we have 2 kids age 18 & 14 Only comment would be pictures on the listing don't do the house justice - ie its nicer than it looks :-)

Great Month in HB

We just got home from a month in HB and already want to go back. The house was great and just as described. There was plenty of room for everyone and our pup. The location is close to downtown HB, but not too close. There is quite a bit of activity downtown, but this property's neighborhood is very quiet. We were just a few blocks from the beach and our pup loved Dog Beach. The house is well equipped and the owners were very responsive. The bikes, grill, and other amenities made us feel at home. The home office was perfect to get some work done while there. We would definitely rent here again.

Beauty at the beach

Natalie and Mike were great! The house was alittle too far to walk to Main Street but the location to the beach was perfect. The house itself was nice and worked well for our family. We utilized the bikes, bbq and every inch of the house inside and out!

Great family vacation

Such a wonderful location and just a few blocks from the beach. We had three kids who loved the home. We will definitely be back! They really do have everything you need. We couldn't find the comforter for the trundle bed or bedding for the rollaway bed in case you are planning on using the extra beds. The weather was perfect so we didn't really need a comforter anyway.

Nice getaway

We stayed the week, and had a great time. The rental was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was nice to not be in the "party" atmosphere, and it felt safe. It was a close to walk to the beach. We had our Dog, so it was great to be right by dog beach. Natalie and Mike were very accommodating and helpful, when we asked for more things like washcloths and glasses, they responsded promptly . They were also great to give us suggestions for places to eat and shop and such. Natalie suggested the farmers market on Tues nights on mainstreet and that was a lot of fun.

A wonderful opportunity to make memories

My kids and I had a relaxing time at your home. The amenities in the home made it comfortable. We used the barbecue and the beach chairs. There are many shops, restaurants close by which was also helpful. Would definitely return!

Perfect Spot

This house was perfect for me and my family. The house was clean and neighborhood was fantastic! Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the pier and just blocks from the beach. We normally stay in Newport Beach during the summer but will most likely come back to HB thanks to our stay here. Mike and Natalie were great owners!

Great location and very nice house

We had a great time. Mike and Natalie were very accommodating and helpful. House was perfect for our group of 7. Only downside was there was no central AC. But the room AC units were helpful. If we come back we’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you again!
