A comfortable clean friendly experience.

Arrived late on an overnight business trip and front desk Manager Shelly was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold options at the well stocked buffet and valet service was very convenient.

The property was beautiful, the staff very kind and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. We both said it may have been our top hotel stay out of anywhere we have stayed before. Having no other option other than Valet for parking was honestly our only complaint.

Great location in heart of Huntington village. Clean, spacious rooms. Wish there was self parking-$20/day is a lot. Should get better paper plates for breakfasts - they are so flimsy food almost falls off. Lots of noise- kids running in hallways. Still haven’t received the receipt they were supposed to email us.

The building being old, the soundproofing with the upper floor is not very good. The window faced a wall—quite depressing! Maybe other rooms are better

Don’t expect your room to match the pictures here on Expedia. I paid for a suite with a wet bar and sofa per the photos that I saw of this particular room. Upon arriving, I was given a room with no couch. When I brought it to the attention of the woman at the front desk, she basically shrugged and said Expedia was wrong. She did not make the slightest attempt to make things right for me. Very disappointing, considering all of these seemingly amazing reviews. Breakfast buffet was standard. The best part about this hotel is its location.

Room was pretty clean. Bathroom could have used some extra care. Toiletries were not full and some stains in shower. Could hear a lot from next room. Parking was a bit annoying. Hotel was pretty clean overall. Only valet for find street parking and it wasn’t clear prior to arrival. Overall it was pretty good.
