The water flow out of the shower-head was terrible. This is the third time I stayed at your facility. I’m not sure I’m coming back unless they do something about the shower and the increase the flow of water such that one can have a nice shower. It’s an easy fix. Don’t use water restrict washers and have a better flow Shower-head.

A good location and clean stay

All was good - only reason not excellent is that the tv in our room didn't work properly - it may have been a bandwidth issue as every channel would freeze up and digitize - quite annoying but we just turned it off after a while of dealing with it and didn’t notify them until the next morning when we were checking out.

SUPERB

It’s a beautiful place, very well organized. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was great to see people who looked happy in their job. Kind little touches like 24 hour coffee, hot water and snacks. The shower had great pressure and an endless supply of hot water. And being within walking distance of the Paramount was awesome. Also, their breakfast…👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

A little noisy to stay in the first floor suite but otherwise very comfortable. There is a municipal parking lot across the street so don’t waste your money on the valet

I’ve been going through a really hard time lately. All I wanted to do was getaway from home and relax, watch tv and just veg out. The tv was not working. There was no wifi. I called the front desk and the woman was very dismissive about it and said nothing could be done. Not apologetic at all. Basically an Oh Well attitude. I again brought it up at check out and again another Oh Well attitude.
