This hotel is a very clean hotel in a fantastic location. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because we did not have hot water during our stay( the water was ALWAYS like warm) the water pressure was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and there was ABSOLUTELY NO INTERNET during our stay, I had to hook our devices to my cellular hotspot. And even then we had HORRIBLE connection in the hotel. On a positive note I want to thank the young lady that was working the morning of 12/31 and the male manager. They both really went above and beyond to try to meet our needs, they even tried to give us a room with better WI-FI. Overall, if it was the only hotel that I could afford to stay in, I would definitely stay here again. Otherwise I would pay more for the comfort of Hot Water, great water pressure and great WI-FI.. Because of these discomforts I checked out a day early. So instead of leaving on the 2nd, we left on the 1st ( in the afternoon)

I traveled for business to this location The room itself was pretty clean, however, there was a lot of dirt and debris on the bed frame that was highly visible. No one ever came to clean the room or remove the trash or supply new towels. Staff refused to give detailed receipt of room expenses stating that they did not do that when booking with 3rd party, being Expedia which also did not include a detailed explanation of charges.

This hotel looks like anything goes there. Loud noise all night. Beds making noise every time you shift. Marijuana smell in hallway. Free wifi is limited to two devices so cpap machines can’t transmit data I will never use this hotel again

We booked for 3 nights and plans changed and we only stayed for 2 nights. We could not get a refund because we booked on Expedia which I fully understand so next time we probably won't book through Expedia. The staff was very friendly, the equipment in the workout room is nice and new, the inside and outside of the hotel was nice, new and well kept. I did not complain and maybe I should have, but the reason for the 2 on cleanliness is because there was a brush left on the bottom shelf in the bathroom from a previous guest, 2 boxes- each with 1 cigarette in them hidden in the saucepan in the kitchen and before we left I checked under the bed to make sure we didn't leave anything behind and I found that there was a lot of other stuff from previous guests that was left behind. It looked like a couple of plastic baby bottle caps, a sock and some dust and other small stuff. That is something that was probably overlooked by accident but just wanted to mention it.

Clean room, but the blinds didn’t work, the water pressure was not great, other than those two main things, everything else was great. Staff is so friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable as a solo traveler. As one of the employees said they try to make our stay headache free and she was right.
