Summary:
This unit is the upper level and one of the closest units to the pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball courts, and the fitness center. You will enjoy an indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Underground parking to keep your vehicles out of the sun, basketball court, tennis courts, exercise room, etc.

The Space:
The master is meant to make you feel spoiled! Pillow top mattress, 42 in. TV. The massive bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in travertine shower, double sinks, hairdryer, and a huge walk-in closet. Doors off the master lead to front private deck with outdoor dining, barbecue, and fireplace- romantic and great for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful St. George weather. Gorgeous views of the mountains and just a step away from a gas station for your convenience. The second bedroom provides plenty of sleeping for the family with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, plus a 42 in TV and their own bathroom down the hallway. Wifi and cable are also included.

The Guest bathroom is VERY spacious with a tub/shower combo, hairdryer, and hamper. There is a laundry room so you can pack less and leave with clean clothes.

VERY beautiful stainless steel appliance kitchen stocked with all the necessities- coffee maker/filters, teapot, toaster, electric can opener, pots/pans, casserole dishes, dishes for 8, mugs, wine glasses, silverware, electric mixer, blender, platters, cookie sheets and spoons, whisks, spatulas, knives, measuring cups, etc.

The dining table that seats 4-6 plus seating for 4 at the long counter connected to the kitchen.

Enjoy time to relax as a family in the family room with 2 sofas (one with a sofa pullout bed), a brick fireplace, and a 55 in TV provided with cable and wifi.

The Neighborhood:
Just minutes away you can enjoy the coolness of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs. Golfers discover the incredible scenery of Coral Canyon Golf Course across the Street and Sky View Golf Course is just 10 minutes away. If you journey from the Wasatch Front area of Utah, you'll appreciate being 20-30 minutes closer to home when the vacation getaway must come to an end.

Getting Around:
Hiking is probably the most popular of activities in Zion. The more active hiker will love trails such as Angels Landing (5-mi. round-trip), the Watchman ( Round-trip) and Observation Point (8-mi. round-trip). Bikes can be rented locally in Springdale and visitors can ride the Pa’rus trail within the park. This may be one of the best ways to see the main canyon of Zion National Park in a relatively short time. Take all the time you want and bring your camera, water, and some snacks in your day-pack. Climbing, canyoneering, and photography are also activities in the area. Don’t miss out on the Zion Canyon Theatre for relaxing and watching movies in the evening.

The Tuacahn Saturday Market is one more way to experience Tuacahn. Come enjoy its wonderful surroundings at our outdoor market in the canyon featuring local artwork, crafts, food, and entertainment. You'll find something new and different every Saturday morning at Tuacahn.
