Spend your next vacation at our elegant home featuring endless amenities, private hot tub and swim spa, beautiful patio, community (heated pool & lazy river, hot tub, splash pad, two beautiful large fire pit areas, a large barbecue area with 8 grills, club house with nice gym, air hockey, and foosball. We are perfectly located 10 minutes from Sand Hollow national park where you can ride UTV's through beautiful the amazing red sand and rocks, paddle board (blow up paddle boards provided) or do any water activity in the two very close lakes, and of course we are 20 minutes from the most visited park in America Zions Park.

This gorgeous 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home can sleep as many as 16 people or 20 with the use of two pillow top blow up double sized mattresses. Every bedroom and living room has smart tv's. Two master bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom attached to the other two rooms. One living room and master down stairs and a large living room loft upstairs with an upstairs patio and an amazing outdoor patio with the hot tub, swim spa, and flattop grill. We have mountain bikes, kids bikes, scooters, and two blow up paddle boards for your use in the many outdoor trails and lakes. We also have 2 arcade machines, Xbox with game pass, ping pong table, pop a shot, and basketballs and pickle ball sets for the courts next door.

Bedding arrangements:
Master Bedroom down: King bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom.
Master Bedroom up: 2 Queen beds, smart tv, ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: King bed, smart tv, attached jack and jill bathroom.
Bedroom 4 2 Queen/full bunks (very spacious), smart tv, attached jack and jill bathroom. Be aware of bed sizes and if your family will be comfortable in the bunk room on queens and full size mattresses. They hold 2 people each but fulls may be tight for some body sizes. (Also there are not futons as listed in description, they are air mattresses if needing to sleep 20)
Family down: Smart tv and sound bar surround sound.
Family Loft up: Smart tv, sound bar surround sound, room for two extremely nice plug in and blow up queen sized pillow top mattresses, Xbox1 with game pass, and tons of board games.
Laundry available upstairs for your use .

5 star property. Only gave 4 stars to “family-friendly” because of the stairs. We had a two year old that we had to watch during our stay. Everything else was 5 stars. If the two year old was older, “family-friendly” would have been 5 stars too.

Zion Family Trip

We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious and comfortable with our 4 teenagers and my husband and self. They provided a lot of things to keep them occupied. We did encounter a few minor issues but the host was very responsive and quick to fix the issues. For example, bikes needed new inner tubes in the rear tires. Zion (incredibly beautiful!) was about 35 minutes. Get there early to beat the heat and crowds. It was so nice to be able to come back to a comfortable, cool house after a day of hiking.

Excellent location

We came out to visit Zion National Snow Canyon canara Falls and several other places. This place was very close to everything within 30 minutes. We had six adults and six children plenty of room things for the kids to do clean everything that the description stated. The pool was very nice and the kids loved it and it's only a block away if that. Everyone in our party loved the way the house was set up

Not what we expectd

First 20 people could never stay in this house. We had 13 and we were crowded. The bunk beds are ok if you had 8 little kids but absolutely impossible for 8 adults. So we had to put one couple on two inflatable mattresses. Not good. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towel after day one. When I asked about getting more after having been told we would get some I was informed that they only provided a starter pack and we had to provide our own. So we went and bought some. I complained about this as there was no information about a starter pack. Then a quantity was provided after we had already purchased enough on our own for the week. You can only seat 12 people at the kitchen table and kitchen counter which is awkward when you have 11 people who are big teenagers and adults and the two children are not small. There were not enough towels so my daughter went and bought two towels and three wash cloths. I submitted the bill and was told I will get reimbursed but if the house is for 20 then there should be enough supplies for 20. This house would be great for 3 couples and a couple of young people. Beyond that very uncomfortable

We loved this location and the townhouse we stayed in was beautiful, very clean and was comfortable for the six of us. It was well stocked and we did not have to go out and buy a lot of extra supplies which was an added bonus. The pool spa came in handy, as well as the pool at the clubhouse. I would definitely stay here again.

Family visit to Zion

A lovely stay with lots of opportunities and nearby attractions. We visited Zion, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and local urgent care ;-) Every stop was memorable and the home gave us the perfect spot to reconnect and relax. The clubhouse pool was a huge hit and the perfect escape from 113 degrees!

Perfect place for family

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect for our family of 6. The two seperate living rooms were perfect. Our teens could watch tv and play xbox upstairs while the adults could hang out downstairs. The back yard was a great place to hang out. The hot tub and the swim spa worked out great. The garage was clean and full of games the boys could play. The house was nicely stocked with all essentials. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect.

The house was exactly as pictured. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and fun for the whole family. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very prompt and addressed anything we needed. The day before we arrived there was a really bad wind storm that made quite a mess on the back porch and swimspa needed some major attention. The owner got someone out the very next morning and we were able to use it the rest of the trip. I would like to mention the surrounding area though. I didn't feel it was fair to reduce the star rating because this is an HOA concern rather than this specific unit.... the pickleball/basketball court is in need of a lot of maintenance. Parts of the fence are broken and not like pictured. We didn't come here for those accommodations, but would have been disappointed if we did. Also, the end of the townhouse building had a TON of trash and cardboard. Like that was their dump spot. Overall would recommend and come back.

Great property!

We had such a great time here. House has a super great set up and had everything we needed. Perfect for our family and close to Zion and many other beautiful parks. The amenities made it as we had a varied group and everyone always found something to do! Would highly recommend.
