Cozy Sunshine Suite offers the comfort of a home giving you a warm, relaxing place you'd want to hang out and relax. You will enjoy the refreshing retreat for short-term rental guests with its light and an airy design inspired by the theme of sunflowers. The design utilizes bright, sunflower-inspired colors and natural light to create a welcoming and with an uplifting environment perfect for relaxation and a connection to our State of Kansas. We have some other exciting recreational things that are happening in Hutchinson. Hutchinson will be building a new YMCA building about one block from this location We have walk paths across the street that will take you to the Hutchinson Clinic and Hutchinson Hospital. We have much more in the location of Cozy Sunflower Suite. We are also one block from AJ's bowling Alley and Bar and Grill. They have a fun night Trivia on Tuesdays.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If the key is not returned there will be an additional charge of $35 to replace it.
All sheets and pillows are accounted for. Any pillows missing will be charged $25, Sheets are a luxury please place them in the basket when leaving with all used towels. Thank you!
