Situated in the College Grove neighborhood allows you to enjoy popular attractions including the Kansas State Fair, HCC, Cosmopolitan, Hutch Sports Arena, Clayworks, and the Main Street of Hutch all within a short walk from the home. For the outdoor enthusiast, the Dillion Nature Center, Hutchinson Zoo, Carey Park, Strataca Salt Mine, and the local water park Salt are short drives away.

As the sun sets on your day, relax in the tree lined fenced back yard with a growler from one of the local breweries while working on your chip shot. When the sun goes down, take a load off in the large living room equipped with a 50” smart TV. Regardless of how you choose to spend your time in Hutch, this home will provide you with the opportunity to enjoy all the area has to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay! This is an older home with a lot of character, and it truly felt warm and welcoming. The house was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, with everything we needed for a great visit. Unfortunately, because of the snow we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard this time, but we would have loved to. We did reach out to Patrick about a last-minute change to our guest count, and he was very helpful and accommodating. We truly appreciated our time here and will definitely plan to book again. We were thrilled this property was available again for our Thanksgiving stay. It’s the perfect home for our family and pets. Warm thick towels, comfortable beds and we always love the historical charm of this centrally located home. The fence in back yard is large; bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets. Kitchen has all the basics covered including fresh coffee beans.

We were in town for my mother in-law’s memorial service, the location of the house was perfect for where we needed to go. The house was large enough for my family of six, each bedroom is big enough for my adult kids and their spouses. The house and deck are larger enough to host my husband’s family after the service. The house is perfect for a large family or to host a large gathering. The house was very clean when we got there, we found everything we needed, towels were laid out on the beds as a nice touch. There was tea and coffee available. I have to go back to the deck, it is beautiful and such a great bonus to use in the evenings and into the night. It’s a nice size, has a grill and a small table on it. It very peaceful on the deck!

Spring Break Visit

Me, my fiance, and our five children made a short trip to Hutchinson on spring break to visit the Cosmosphere. This house was beautiful and fit all of us comfortably. I loved its location too - quiet neighborhood that's close to pretty much anything you could want. We loved our mini vacation!

Thanksgiving weekend stay

Had a great time in this beautiful, nicely decorated home. Everythi g was as advertised. Comfortable and spacious, easy to check in and out and clean! Only concern was the bedding needed an extra blanket as it was so cold and there was only a thin comforter which would be perfect for summer. All around wonderful.

In town for jr golf tournament

We had three boys and my husband and myself in town for a jr golf event. The house provided plenty of room and a well-appointed kitchen to feed teenagers. It was close to the course and convenient to local grocery store. I had to work quite a bit and had plenty of room and the WiFi was good. While multiple modern amenities, it is an older house with the creaks and character that come with that. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

Our stay in Hutch

Some friends and stayed while attending a wedding. The place was outstanding. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and the smell of the neighbor smoking meat for Easter. The house is very comfortable. Will definitely book again if I return to the area.
