A private staircase leads you directly to Keyes Memorial Beach, inviting you to indulge in sunbathing, swimming, or leisurely beach-combing at your convenience.

The main house exudes classic Cape Cod charm with its open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. The first-floor en-suite primary bedroom (w/ a queen bed) offers convenience and comfort, while two additional bedrooms upstairs (each w/ 2 single beds) provide private balcony access, ensuring everyone enjoys a personal slice of paradise. A detached guest suite, accessible via an outdoor staircase, features a spacious bedroom (w/ a queen bed), full bath, and a kitchenette—ideal for those seeking a bit more seclusion. Central air conditioning in the main house and a separate unit in the guest suite ensure a cool retreat after a day in the sun.

It's rare to find a house with a great location, that's clean, and meets all our needs with young children, but this hit the mark! We normally stay further on the Cape, but decided to try Hyannis this time around. The views from the house are unbeatable. So nice to have easy access to the ocean, town, and still be close enough to the ponds. Would love to stay again!

Reviewer Comments: We(a party of 7) arrived to be totally in awe of this well kept home from the open kitchen/dining/living area, the bedrooms upstairs and then the great porch where we spent much of our non beach time. And then there’s also the carriage house that was great as well. We’ve stayed at the Cape for the last 20 years and this is by far are favorite rental house.

Beautiful Home on the Beach, but some quirks

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view out the back of the house onto the water is the show stopper and main draw. Truly breathtaking. The house is old but nicely decorated and appointed. It's definitely quintessential Cape Cod. There were some quirks like the screens not being in the windows and therefore not being able to truly enjoy the sea breezes. Also, the age of the house is on full display when things like doorknobs come off. Just be careful to apply a ton of bug spray when walking down the dune pathway to the beach or you stand the chance of getting bitten by a tick. Everyone in my family found at least one tick on them, hopefully before any damage was done. As far as the town, Hyannis was not what we expected. It's got a lot of rundown looking areas and there are some very sketchy pockets, although the house itself is in a secluded enclave right on the beach. So we were never concerned with safety. But it was just a shock to see that in Cape Cod for people who've never vacationed there before and always heard how it's portrayed in the media, by the Kennedys, etc.. as this idyllic place. There are sections of Hyannis that are flat-out ghetto looking. We'd possibly come back for the view and the fact that the house was right on the beach, largely away from all that. But we were definitely turned off by parts of the town.

Great house, great location, great ocean views

The house is comfortable and well stocked with essentials to enhance your stay. The cottage house is perfect for extended family/friends. The porches are private with excellent ocean views, great for reading, relaxing and watching the water. Convenient location for shopping and access to the beach. This a great option for larger families.

Great spot

Great location. We have stayed at rentals all over the world and it was the first time the owner called to check in on us to make sure everything was ok. Would stay again perhaps with some adult friends. Owner takes great pride in the property.

Everything and more

This beachfront home was everything we expected and more. As regular visitors to the Cape our family of eight appreciated this home’s location and all it had to offer. Easy access to beach, shopping, dining, activities and ferries to Islands. The front porch and balcony views of Hyannis Harbor are amazing!

Summer breeze

If you enjoy rocking chairs on a covered porch with a beautiful view , a breeze, with access to a beach, this is the one. Home is situated perfectly on the property, and the home itself is appointed with everything you could need. We all agreed this is the best house out of seven we have rented over the years. We had one issue with an appliance and the property manager dealt with it immediately. Will be returning for sure!!

A magical seaside home

This property in one word is magical!!!! The views are incredible. The home is spotless, comfortable and well appointed. The location is a marvel! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful family vacation

We had a great week at this property - beachfront location with gorgeous views and a short walk to the water, a well-supplied kitchen, beautiful furniture and interior, beach chairs/mats/towels. Only one mile to Main st. for restaurants, shopping and ice cream. Dealing with Adam, the real estate agent was a breeze. Loved it and can't wait to go back again!

Very relaxing & welcoming!

We had a great stay! We had 4 teenagers and Grandma along for our family vacation! Perfect house for all of us. Separate place for Grammy and great master for us! Kids loved walking out to the beach & swimming, while we were able to hangout on the porch & enjoy the breeze! The bonus was how close we were to everything (downtown shops restaurants and the harbor too). Super relaxing!!

I dealt with Adam Marks from beginning to end of process and he was excellent. he always responded promptly, within minutes, whether it was text, email or call. he lead me through the process painlessly with good information that was easy to follow. t.he property and location was beautiful. only c/o lots of cobwebs, no toilet paper or paper towels, which were listed as supplied, but we quickly took care of those small problems. wonderful vacation!
