Staff were very informative and helpful with local activities in and around the area. Location was great, 2 min walk away from the main street, where all the shops and restaurants are. For the price, its worth every penny.

The staff was far exceeded my expectations. They were very friendly & accommodating. The room while not posh was very clean. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It was very easy to get to other parts of the cape from this location.

Most comfortable beds ever! Bathroom was dated. Hotel needs many updates. Staff was excellent especially Pete and Patrick. If you have any questions ask Patrick, he is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great location for accessing the ferries as well as great places to eat! Property is well maintained. The gentleman who worked at the front desk most of the time we were there was very helpful and super friendly!

This place is a gem. Clean facilities, pool and jacuzzi. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and very close to main st where all food and shops are. The only suggestion I have is the complimentary breakfast should be expanded and is limited to starches, pastries, breads and cereals with yogurts as the only protein. But it’s all laid out very nicely.

The best thing about this little Inn was the people that ran it. Friendly and helpful. Simply wonderful to speak with. The facility was older but nice and clean. The place is highly popular. It was packed. The pools were clean and the breakfast was abundant. I recommend highly

Checking in was easy and personnel on front desk pleasant and welcoming and they brought our luggage to our room as a courtesy and wouldn't even accept a tip! Room was clean and liked the balcony. Was close to shopping and dining. We enjoyed delicious meals at Spanky's and Alberto's, and walking near the pier and the art shanties. Would stay there again!

Bathroom could use some upgrades and that shower head was like a fire hose. A lot of pressure and caused the water the go up to my ankles. It’s close by to everything which was convenient. I’d stay again.

My stay here was wonderful! The room was clean. The continental breakfast was good. The hospitality was off the charts!! The owner and all the staff were so friendly and ready to help you with anything you needed. It didn't matter what time of day it was if you came across any staff you were greeted with a smile asked how you were and if you needed anything. The pools and hot tub were clean and well maintained with a staff member there at all times. I have been going to the cape for many years and usually I try new places but after staying here I'll never stay anywhere else!!! I booked next year's trip when I was checking out, next August won't get here quick enough!!
