Everything was perfect. Staff were gracious and accommodating. The place was pristine and bed was comfortable. Room was very well designed for function. I didn’t rate breakfast because we went out. Highly recommend

The Hotel was very well kept, clean, friendly. The room with King bed was spacious and comfortable - very clean. Breakfast was delicious and included in our stay - plenty of seating and spacious. We also had a few drinks at the bar before our dinner at CIA and the staff was super. There was also a happy hour. Will come back here again when we come up for a dinner again at CIT

The hotel was very comfortable but I stopped short of giving it five stars because of one weird thing - There was no shower cap in the bathroom and I thought perhaps the service staff had just forgotten to place it there. When I went down for breakfast and mentioned this to the front desk she said they keep the shower caps at the front desk! What on earth for? So odd!

This was our favorite hotel on our vacation (and we stayed at seven hotels on this road trip). Big room, with great amenities so we could make dinner in our room. Really clean and well kept hotel. Highly recommend!

This hotel is well located to local historic sites. The room was spacious and sparkling clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Parking was convenient. The bar and tender were great. The concierge gave great alternative day trips because of the closure of the FDR Library and those suggestions were well worth it. Happy to have stayed here.
