The hotel was very old and run down. Not clean or maintained.I am sure it was beautiful when built but seriously it needs lot of maintenance. Staff was ok. They would do minimum when u request something. There was no hot water for shower. We requested several times but was luke warm. Could not open any of the window shades since they were all broken. We booked a junior suit but no sofa to sit around. Food was ok.

This property has aged. Never been renovated. The hotel needs proper renovation and total revamp of air conditioning and it's reataurant. Very Disappointing Stay – Not a True 5-Star Experience it’s misleading. I’m very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall standard does not match what’s advertised it claims to be a 5-star property on Google, but in reality, it’s not even up to a 2-star level. The staff were unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills, which made the experience even more frustrating. The information provided on Expedia was misleading. The listing mentioned facilities such as a bar and Asian restaurants on-site, but none of these were available in reality. As an international traveller, this was extremely disappointing and inconvenient. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations in any way, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine 5-star experience.
