A beautiful, newly-built house-villa of 2 floors with mezzanine in sunny Ierapetra, unique architecture and fine taste. The second floor has a living-room with fireplace too, and two bedrooms, one with enclosed bathroom, and the other with a shower next to it. There is also an extra room for massage treatment and a sitting-desk.
Every room has an own terrace and additional balconies.
The location of the house is at the new part of the town, after you enter coming from Heraklion or Sitia in a quite neighborhood. It will take only 5-10 minutes by feet to the seaside. Around the place you can find 3 big markets, pharmacies and other kind of shops. It has a parking place and many local walking streets. You will have easy access to main roads, going out for adventuring in the town and around it.
