Guest staying less than 29 nights can have the pool heated for $89/night. Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs; an Advance Utility Deposit of $1500/month is required. Thanks to the owned Solar System on the roof, your electric bill will be much lower than that of comparable homes.

Up to 2 Well-behaved, "prior-approved" dogs are welcome in this home; US$150 Per Dog Fee.
