Welcome to our beautifully remodeled and staged home, where relaxation and comfort are at the forefront. Step outside and find a hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Gather around the large, stylish table on the covered screened-in porch, where you can enjoy games, meals, or simply each other's company. Alternatively, you can lounge on the day bed with a good book, taking in the breathtaking views of the lake.

A paver patio with a built-in fire pit allows you to enjoy the warmth of a fire right next to the lake. Whether you're craving s'mores or the soothing crackling sounds of the fire, this spot is sure to please.

If fishing is your passion, you'll love what this lake has to offer. The home provides all your basic kitchen needs, including a dishwasher, so you can easily prepare meals during your stay. City water ensures your comfort, even though you're out on the lake.

The home features two bedrooms, one with a large king bed that will make you never want to get out, and the other with a queen bed. In addition, the sofa has a pull-out sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements.

Please note that phone service may be limited at the cabin, but high-speed internet is available for your convenience. If you need to make phone calls, you may need to drive to the top of the hill to get a signal.

Patton Lake is a 100 acre lake, ideal for fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing, or simply enjoying the views. With a no-wake policy, this peaceful getaway ensures a tranquil experience.

Come and enjoy the beauty of the lake, the comfort of our home, and the convenience of super fast high-speed internet. This is the perfect retreat for relaxation and creating lasting memories.

Such a cozy little cabin! Surrounded by beautiful trees and just a short drive to some great local shops and restaurants. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing—perfect for a quiet getaway. We loved every minute and would absolutely return!

My wife and I stayed at the Cozy Cabin on Lake Front for 4 nights while visiting Indianapolis for the LIV golf event. The accomodations were excellent and we enjoyed our stay there immensely. Aaron was very helpful in helping us out with any questions that we had before we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lake house met all of our expectations and needs!

We loved this little gem we found on VRBO!! My husband and I were looking for a quiet night away from the kids and that is just what we found in Aaron's property! It was clean, well decorated, and the view of the lake was breathtaking!! We would definitely stay there again!

Great Family Fun

We loved how beautifully done the inside is—it’s so nice! The screened in porch was amazing, the lights inside and out added a warm vibe, the hot tub was perfect, the fire pit was nice, the fishing was great, and we felt right at home.

4th of July Weekend Getaway

Except for the fish refusing to bite, this place is a slice of paradise. The view of the lake is incredible and the property is perfect for a cabin on the lake getaway. Host was amazing and responded promptly! If I had three hands, this place would get 3 thumbs up!!!!!

Very cozy and comfortable

We stayed here for the total solar eclipse in April 2024 and had a great time. The area is beautiful. The lake is quiet and calm, and the sounds of nature were abundant. The cabin (and hot tub) were very clean.

This cabin is so peaceful! Enjoyed an evening with friends grilling, watching the stars, and sitting in the hot tub. Even though the house is on the smaller side it fit 5 of us no problem and had everything we needed.

Relaxing getaway!

We stayed at this property over our Spring Break, and we found it to be cozy and exactly as listed. Sadly, we couldn’t get much hiking or fishing in due to the rain but the cabin was stocked with plenty of things to occupy the time. We loved the screened in porch, and we spent lots of time out there with our pup who came along. The small towns nearby offered some cute shops and food.

Nice lake house with great view from hot tub!

The listing is accurate and the beds are comfortable. Wonderful variety of birds and wildlife around the lake. The neighborhood is the only slight negative - several run-down properties on the same road, but we felt safe.

Gorgeous cabin and lake front view! Loved the screened in porch and fire pit seating with the lake view. Saw an eagle trying to fish the first morning! Also saw a crane, a hummingbird, and a group of deer. Everything was great except the hot tub. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful place to get away from it all

My sister, my cousin, and I booked this property for a "get away from it all" cousins' weekend. The cabin was immaculately clean and had all the amenities one could want. The space is small, but there was plenty for the 3 of us. My only recommation is to post the house number somewhere, as initially we weren't sure we were at the right house.

Comfortable Quiet Getaway Indy 500

We were in town for the Indy 500. This was convenient to the airport/ shuttles to IMS. Only about 30 minutes! The cabin was quiet and comfortable, including the beds. The neighbors were nice. It has all the modern amenities needed and a nice view of the lake. We stayed over Memorial Weekend and listened to eagles, ducks, geese and watched the fish jump. We had 3 teenagers and 2 adults.

Lakeside updated cabin retreat

We had a lovely stay at this lakeside cabin. The quiet neighborhood was wonderful. We enjoyed morning coffee by the water and our meals out on the screened in porch. The AC in the cabin kept us cool between activities. We appreciated the updated decor which made our stay feel a little chíc. The streaming TVs were nice to be able to wind down with a show in the evenings. We highly recommend the this cabin on Patton lake. My wife is already wanting to plan a return getaway this fall!

This cabin is nestled in one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The lake and trees are breathtaking. Just a heads up for drivers: The roads in the area are extremely narrow, windy and steep with no guardrails. In the winter it would be very dangerous to drive without tire chains, so make sure you are prepared if you book in the winter. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the scenery was gorgeous. The cabin was very cozy and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. It was heated well. The screened porch was very nice, as were the hot tub and fire pit. Thank you so much for providing such a cozy and serene honeymoon for us. Johnathan and Sara Prince
