Beautiful home, spacious, slept 11 of us, comfortable furniture and beds, new appliances in kitchen, clean bathrooms, clean house overall and close to downtown. Easy and simple check out list. Host was very friendly and responds quickly to messages and provided a lot of recommendations for restaurants, things to do, etc. Definitely recommend!!!

Business Meeting

We are a startup company ready to make some big waves and needed a place to stay in Indy for a slew of meetings. We decided to save money on hotel rooms and rented meeting spaces and get all of us in one VRBO. It actually worked out perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and tastefully decorated, the coffee was a huge bonus, and we used the kitchen table as a board room table for our discussions. The house was centrally located so we were able to make all our appointments on-time without much effort. For our uses, this was a perfect solution. Thank you Katelyn!

Big house in a great location for downtown activities.

The house was very clean and well equipped. The 5 baths were super useful with a large group. Large living space with a functional electric fireplace. Perfect for watching football on TV. Owners were always available for questions or comments.

Work Conference Stay

Very clean, welcoming, and well-maintained property. Awesome floorplan which was very conductive for group gatherings as well as plenty of personal space. Host was very accessible throughout the entire process and provided very clear check-in/out procedures. Location was perfect for our stay.
