Place was a little run down, you can see every drywall repair in the hotel. Bathroom had moldy caulk. Probably would look for a better place, but if everything in the area was booked, would consider staying again. I cannot say that for all places we have stayed.

The room was okay, but definitely dingy. The fridge in the room was really loud. I unplugged it, but the compressor kept running loudly. The pool - which is one of the main reasons we stayed here - was ice cold. Even the pool area was really cold. There's no way anyone could swim in it. We were really disappointed all around.

First, in one of our rooms there were not any towels. The indoor heated pool was broken-manager said the heater was broken and they were coming Tuesday- I wish we would have known so we could have picked a different hotel. The breakfast was so weak. No muffins and fruit was all gone.

Rooms were clean but there were concerns with the lobby. The biggest complaint is that there were a handful of homeless people staying in the lobby area. We were there 3 days/2 nights and every day there were at least 2 homeless individuals consistently in the lobby. Whether they were sleeping, generally hanging out, or waiting around for the free breakfast, its not a good look for the hotel. It's especially not great when I have several children there with me.
