Wonderful stay!

Absolutely wonderful stay. First time! Although we were next to a very busy interstate, we heard nothing in our room. Facility was updated, very clean, staff at checkin was very competent and friendly! Was very pleased and surprised to have fresh popcorn and an evening reception for hot free food and 3 drinks a piece. Saved us from going out. Facilities were roomy and efficient! We only had 2 small glitches being our usb port in our room (201)did not work. Would be so nice to have more than one available in each room. And the other being one of the elevators was out of order. You had to wait on the one working. Both of these things I’m sure will be fixed. Room and beds very comfortable. Definitely recommend especially for the price!!!

All the staff was outstanding. My husband fell in the parking lot getting into his wheelchair and someone who was going off duty and she helped us without hesitation. The kindness everyone truly showed The manager should be extremely proud of his staff

A good choice in the Indianapolis area

Overall a very nice property. Staff was very helpful. Bed was bit lumpy. One of the two elevators wasn't working which caused congestion no mater what time of day.

Feel maybe everyone who stayed this Saturday should get a discount for the extra time spent in hallways and lobbies. Only one elevator was working and the wait for going to your room and leaving it was over 15-20 minutes. Maybe at least a heads up or probably staff should not have been using it to transport cleaning carts at 3:00 pm during main check in time. Maybe an elevator operator to keep the stopping both up and down at every floor and minor bad feelings between people My opinion it was poorly managed and whoever was in charge is fully at fault for the horrible review you will receive.
