Checked in at 5 PM. No front desk clerk. Stood there for 10 minutes. Got to our room. No sheets or comforter on bed. Went back to front desk and was supposedly upgraded for free. Get to new room and there is no couch in the living area. Front desk says there are couches in some room, not in others? So what were we upgraded to? Room was dirty and neither TV remotes worked. Property was filthy, noisy, and smelled like weed.

Worst hotel stay in 20 years

Bathroom shower was not working properly. Couch in one of the rooms was uncomfortable. The other room only had 1 chair. Toilets were very easily clogged. The first night it clogged and i was told they did not have a plunger. AC did not work and the room was hot.

my 1st room they put me in the sofa was missing. holes in walls. missing pictures. dishwasher had dirty dishes. cabinet faceings and drawers missing. roach eggs in drawers. the bathroom sink looked like it was never cleaned someone locked up in it. holes in doors. I went straight to office showed her pictures and said move me why would you give a room like that. 2md room was better dishwasher nasty. no locks on windows I had to stuff cardboard down in windows so the window wouldn't go up. I wish I could post pictures because there's more. I tried to get in touch with Expedia to see if they couldobe me but no luck.

Prostitutes and pimps, drug dealers, half of the rooms didn’t have either working fridge or stove, no couch or rollaway beds available, most staff were very rude, peeling on tubs, not clean, never had clean towels or sheets. Loud, people fighting, doing drugs, broken doors, way to expensive for the condition the hotel is in and manager refused to fix any fees or issues. Bad area to begin with. I would not stay here again. I switched rooms multiple times with all different issues in the few weeks I stayed here.

There was gum on the floor and the pillowcase the tub was filthy and pealing. There are some very questionable people that I assume live there and hanging out around the property. The staff was wonderful. They apologized profusely and refunded the night. I was only in the room for 10 mins before walking back out at asking for a refund.

Absolutely run down, not maintained, outdated just ghetto rooms. We booked a king suite with a fold out couch but when we checked in, it only was for 2. They said they dint have any that sleeps more with couches but it's clearly on their website. She could've told us that when we checked in with our kids that there was only 1 bed. Instead we had to go back down and get a different room. Bathroom door barely closed, huge hole in the wall from someone slamming it open. Bathtub/sink peeling and coming apart . No trashcan anywhere in the room which is not helpful. Breakfast, was a joke! It was coffee. Like 5 packets of instant oatmeal and 8 prepackaged tiny muffins you get from the gas station. No milk or water to make the oatmeal or bowls even. The whole area is run down and that's no food places close by our ready to get to. Staff seemed just crabby and disgruntled in their job. They charge you the deposit and room fee, then have to process a refund for the deposit and wait a week. I've never had that happen before. A hold on deposit yes, but never charged then refunded. It has always pended then fell off without posting. Even when we stayed in nice hotels, they never fully charged it. Never again at this place!
