The first room the tv did not work. They moved me to a different room, the room was extremely cold due to the ac being on. But no worries I turned it off. The cleaning was okay, had previous food crumbs on the floor.

I booked hotel because I was 10 hours in 14 hour trip need to get some sleep. Hotel was conveniently located off the interstate and was easy to navigate in mist of the road construction. Staff was nice and accommodating. I arrived 1:15 am and was leaving at 4:30 am to get to my final destination on time. Bed was very comfortable I feel asleep in a matter of minutes. I could have stayed longer to enjoy their amenities and try the tv which was at least 70 inch.

Front desk girl wasn't very friendly. Pool water was nasty. No hot water. Keys weren't working. People next door were extremely loud & knocking on our door for no reason. Broken elevator. Breakfast is decent.

Stunned that this property is part of the Hampton chain. At the end of the day, it was clean ENOUGH, but the most run down Hampton in which I've ever stayed. Elevator was STILL out (see several other reviews); elevator that was working had been recently tagged and the graffiti roughly scraped off. Carpets were dingy, shower floor was not clean. ZERO light on the back lot, crusty looking folks hanging out til late, etc., etc. Property is right in the middle of the I-69 construction, you are a few dozen feet from the expressway, so a bit noisy as well. This location is very long in the tooth, not up to what I've come to expect as Hampton standards.

This hotel compared to last year when we stayed there, they did a lot of work to the hotel. It is very nice. They even serve cookies, lemonade, coffee, and they have fruit all day long just sitting for the guest. They never had that before. The rooms is big. the shower is beautiful they renovated and it’s just beautiful. I will most definitely stay there again which we have been staying every year.

I chose the hotel, because it was reasonable and had a pool. We brought children on the trip. We got there and there was a sign that said pool closed per Marion County health department. We got to our room and the tv did not work, we had to go get a different remote, still we ended up having to download our own app. Staff was pleasant and breakfast was ok.

Hampton Inn is our favorite chain motel when traveling. This particular motel did not meet up to typical Hampton Inn standards. Our room had a musty smell and overall updates are needed throughout the property. Good price, but with so many choices in the area, I would a different motel next time.

My suite room 218 had no door, which gave me no privacy. This suite shouldn’t be called a suite. The two days I was there the elevator didn’t work. I want a refund. Calling and getting the run around. False advertising for the suite and no elevator You gotta do better and I am a member
