Unable to understand staff at checkin/checkout. Hotel being renovated and listing did not mention this. Bathroom floor filthy. No shampoo/conditioner or hairdryer in room. Heard next room over their conversations. Someone’s tv was very loud and you could hear it late into the night. Could hear people in hallway talking. Would NOT stay there again.

No real person at the reception desk, only a kiosk with a virtual person; he was friendly and efficient. Very noisy ( they were cleaning the rooms at 11:00pm last night with loud voices). The soundproofing between the floors is very bad. No food or drink. Area under the bed was dirty - our cat got behind the bed and we had to push the bed away from the wall to retrieve him and it was very dirty under the bed. The reception area is under construction and has a long way to go to be finished. Do not recommend this hotel except for the low price

Don't stay here

This place is under major construction, which makes it feel very sketchy, in combination with the bad neighborhood and random people sitting around in the parking lot. There was no advance notice of the construction given until after I made the reservation. The room itself was also barely adequate, and was only seemingly half furnished. The walls, floor, and ceiling were also very thin, so that I could hear people making noise all around me until past midnight. They don't even have a human being there to check you in, rather they make you walk up to a video screen with some kind of a virtual attendant that issues you a room key. This is the worst hotel that I've stayed in in memory, and I travel a lot. Strongly advise anyone who has an option to go somewhere else.

The staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaint would be that there are no mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms. They have a communal microwave in the lobby but there was construction taking place so the lobby amenities were not available. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Besides the remodeling being done in the lobby, the building was kept clean. My room was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Plenty of restaurants near by. I would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay!

This review Will be long, but it’s worth the read. First off if you’re looking for frills, this is not the place. If you’re looking for a good hotel for an amazing price in Indianapolis, this is absolutely the place. No breakfast no pool . The entire lobby is under construction. You have to check in on a kiosk with a live person which is a little different but it’s fine. There are hotel employees around that will assist you. But check-in is done strictly through the kiosk. The hotel is old and they are doing renovations, but the price is unmatched for what you get. My room had two beds and was very large as was the bathroom. The floors are laminate with no carpeting. The bathroom was big, but there is no sink area to place items. No hair dryer or shampoo. Small soaps. . The water pressure from the shower was great! Large TV on the wall and space to hang clothes and put folded clothes, also a bench area near the window. Air-conditioning work fine but at times if I turned the temperature up, it felt like the heat turned on. Beds were comfortable as were pillows. I did see two small bugs in my room, but they were not bedbugs. They were flying. They possibly came in when I did, it’s summertime so it was really no big deal. The area is ok and everyone was super friendly, there was no yelling or loud music. I did smell marijuana one night for about five minutes then it completely dissipated. If you can deal with these things for a night or two or three, it’s worth it.
