The hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptional. They really made the stay. We had the sweetest lady check us in and then help us find Santa when he showed up at a restaurant across the street on Saturday morning. We spent some time in the lobby on Saturday playing games, and all the staff were super friendly. The lobby itself is very cold, especially by the breakfast nook.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The area is nice and has a lot of things to do. Civic Park is right across the street and had some festive activities in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. The lobby was nice. Breakfast was ok. Would have preferred bacon.
I’m in Rm 319 and can literally hear the baby crying in the room next door. I didn’t sleep but about 3-4hrs on Thanksgiving Night. Now is 10:40ish pm an I’m back in the room listening to the TV next door. This is bonkers
The hotel was overall decent, but we experienced several issues during our stay. Our room keys were disabled multiple times, and we weren’t informed that the front desk doors would be locked after 11 PM. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, only cleaning our room once during our 5-day stay. To top it off, when we attempted to check out, the front desk employee was asleep on a couch in the lounge during their shift. Breakfast didn’t disappoint though!

Very cozy. Loved the breakfast. Nice courteous people. Great place to stay the night in Lawrence Township!
I had issue with getting bitten in the bed me and my grandchildren. So asked to be moved. A couple of other things GM wanted to speak with me regarding something that had no concerns of the hotel at all.The housekeepers don't clean the rooms properly not according to sanitation rules. I didn’t stay till the 14th I left on the 11th. Do no it wasn't as pleasant as it should be. I'm looking for a refund for those day I didn't stay
Before checking in we reserved 3 rooms with king size bed around 4 weeks in advance. When we arrived we were told our rooms with king beds have been given to other guests. We did not receive any update prior to our arrival. We were given 3 queen rooms. Something we did not reserve. Poor customer service.
