Five bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, give couples, families, and friends room to spread out without losing privacy. The primary suite adds outdoor access, a freestanding soaking tub, multi-head shower, and Italian-designed walk-in closet, while the main living area brings everyone together with 16-foot ceilings, walls of glass, imported Spanish tile, contemporary artwork, and direct flow to the pool. Just off the living space, the Miele-equipped kitchen is ready for coffee before golf, catered dinners, or snacks between swims.

Outside is where Bravo really settles into its rhythm. The custom pool has oversized tanning shelves, LED-lit waterfalls, sculptural fire bowls, and lounge space for long desert afternoons that slowly turn into dinner outside. The sunken fire pit becomes the natural evening landing place once the light drops, with the pool and courtyard doing most of the atmosphere for you.

Bravo sits on Rock Wood Court in Indio, right near La Quinta and directly across from the Madison Club and Hideaway Golf Club — one of the strongest pockets of the Coachella Valley for golf, tennis, festivals, shopping, and warm-weather escapes. Old Town La Quinta is close for restaurants, coffee, and a walkable village feel, while Indian Wells puts tennis, golf, and resort dining within easy reach. El Paseo is the go-to for upscale shopping and dinner out, and the Empire Polo Club keeps Coachella and Stagecoach weekends convenient without giving up the privacy of a full home base. Palm Springs and Palm Springs International Airport are also an easy drive, so arrival, departure, and day trips stay simple.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available during the summer months (May 1 – October 1). The average water temperature without the heater is above 90°F.
- This home provides an outlet suitable for EV charging. A connector/charging cable is not provided—guests must bring their own charger/connector.
- Use of the firepit and Firebowl is available upon request and subject to an additional fee.
- No amplified music or excessive noise is allowed regardless of time, and quiet hours must be adhered to.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
