A magical place in Innsbruck

This is one of the most unique and wonderful hotel stays I've had. The staff were wonderful and the garden was beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend the breakfast; the quality of the food exceeded all expectations and the variety of options was extensive. We will definitely return to NALA if we have the opportunity to return to Innsbruck.

Amazing hotel to stay in. Very cutesy decor. Extremely friendly staff. Rooms were very well equipped with tons of storage space. Staff here go out of their way to take care of you. Loved the location closer to old town and train station.

We stayed in Garden View #5. It was amazing. The prettiest and coziest set-up ever. The flowers, the plants and the fountain are so beautiful. The private patio was adorable. The room had everything you could possibly need. Very nice place and we will definitely stay there again.

This was a nice property but our room smelled like cat urine. The hotel tried to say it was cleaning products and brought a perfume spray to try and mask it. Fortunately we only had to spend one night. The mattress we slept on was uncomfortable and would have been intolerable for more than one night. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a central, but quiet location. The staff were really friendly and helpful, giving good advice on restaurants. The room was spacious and well equipped and had lovely crisp bed linen and soft, fluffy towels. The breakfast was amazing, don't miss it.
