• Pool Hours: Adults-only exercise class from 9–11 AM; open swim from 11 AM–9 PM.
• Check-In: ID and credit card required for a $150 hold (refunded at checkout). Card must match reservation name.
• Service Animals: Only ADA-certified service animals allowed.
• Parking: Parking is available onsite; however, trailers and motorcycles are not permitted.
• Checkout: Strict checkout time. Late departures may incur a $500/hour fee and possible eviction.
• Smoking/Animals: Up to $1000 fine and eviction for smoking or non-service animals.
• Resort Fee: $35 per stay, charged at check-in (not in-room rate).
• Condo Assignment: Assigned at check-in. Views and layout may vary from photos.
• Amenity Closures: Some amenities may be unavailable without notice.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Condo Switch: For longer stays, you may switch units. Both will be similar.
• Late Arrival (after 9 PM): Call front desk for instructions.
