Deepwater custom built home in gated Morgan Place with its own private floating dock just steps out of the back door. Enjoy views of Morgan Creek, the magnificent marsh and wildlife, the Harbor Course 16th green and awesome sunsets from the back deck. Views of the Harbor Course 15th hole and sunrises from the double front porches. Granite countertops in kitchen, sunroom or office off of the master bedroom, private community pool, three parking spaces and a ping pong table. Enjoy this fabulous golf, jogging/biking/walking, swimming, boating and beach lifestyle.

Wild Dunes is located on the northeast end of the Isle of Palms. The private community boasts two excellent golf courses and 2 1/2 miles of beach. There are several restaurants in the community. Miles of bike trails run through Wild Dunes.

Additional Amenities Include:

- Boat trailers are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. If you are bringing a boat, you must find parking for the trailer and take the boat in via the Intracoastal Waterway.
- The dock has space for a 30' boat.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The community pool is open year around but is not heated.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This home offers a propane grill.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Morgan Place pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
