Tämä hiljattain remontoitu rantatalo on täydellinen paikka! 7 taloa rannalta rauhallisella umpikuja kadulla aivan Wild Dunesin ulkopuolella. Kävelymatkan päässä IOP-venesatamasta, leikkipaikka ja veneiden laukaisu. 10 minuuttia Sullivanin saarelle ja 20 minuutin päässä Charlestonin keskustasta. Nukkuu mukavasti 11 ihmistä. Uutta vuokrausmarkkinoilla!

Pohjakerros: Valtava takapiha, jolla on katettu ulkoterassi ja ruokapöydät, joissa on oma ulkosuihku, joka johtaa hiekkahuoneeseen, joka on ihanteellinen siivoukseen päivän jälkeen rannalla. Hiekkahuoneella on toinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja jääkaappi, joka sopii erinomaisesti suurille ryhmille. Samalla tasolla on upouusi lasten "kerrossänky" -huone ja king-makuuhuone jaetulla kylpyhuoneella, joka mukavasti makaa 6-vuotiaan perheen.

Pääkerros: Pääasiallinen olohuone. Suuri huone on holvikatot, joissa uusi taulutelevisio, kaapeli, internet, baarikeittiö, pelipöytä ja istuimet kaikille. Pääkerroksessa on king-makuuhuone taulutelevisiolla ja kaapelilla, kylpyhuone ja liitetty pesutupa. Lisämakuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta ja liitetty kylpyhuone, joka sopii lapsille. Keittiö on täysin varustettu uusilla laitteilla, kuten mikroaaltouuni ja jääpalakone. Suuri laskotila baarituolilla. Täysi ruokapöytä-istuimet 8 mukavasti. Keittiö johtaa ulkona kietoutumiseen patiolle, jossa kaasugrilli, joka on täydellinen viihdyttävä. Kuistilla seulotussa valtavassa paikassa on paljon istumapaikkoja sekä oma iso ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 10 paikkaa.

Yläkerrassa: Mukava laskualue taulu-TV / kaapeli ja olohuone. Iso työpöytä yksityiseen työtilaan. Lisävuode king-huoneessa, kylpyhuone ja tonnia kaappitilaa.

Tarjoamme veneen pysäköintitilaa, josta pääsee raikasta vettä talon viereen.

Esitetyt hinnat ovat perushintoja, eivätkä ne sisällä ylimääräisiä veroja ja palkkioita. Olemme saatavana sähköpostitse ja tekstiviestillä loman aikana. Meillä on paikan päällä oleva kiinteistönhoitaja, joka on käytettävissä ympäri vuorokauden. Sen on oltava vähintään 25 vuotta vanha vuokrataksesi. Ei poikkeuksia.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Front Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat ja pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja poreammeen.

This home exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable fit for our group of 8 adults 3 kids. We loved the back enclosed porch and spent lots of morning hours there - the location is just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach in a very charming neighborhood and short drive from Charleston as well as neighboring Sullivan's Island. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this home!

It was a nice home. Our family really enjoyed it. A few things that need improvements are the cleanliness of the inside and outside. Bring some pyrex containers for left overs or cut fruit. There were a few there. Bedrooms were great. There are 2 kings beds that are private and are very nice. The 3rd king bedroom isn't private. You have to walk through it to get to the bunk room. It worked for us because we put the teenagers down there and they didn't care. The two sets of washers and dryers were nice to have. Walk to the beach is short but we were there during a very hot week and it was a little rough for older people. We loved Isle of Palms and plan to go back.

We had a lovely time on our beach vacation! The house was clean and ready for us at the appointed time. We noticed a few light bulbs were burned out in several places, ones you would not notice in the daytime, and notified our host; they were replaced for us the next morning. We loved the screened-in porch!! Location is perfect - about a block to the beach. Found that the beach access on 42nd Street was easier as we could pull our beach wagon farther on a "sidewalk" surface across the sand. Ample beach towels were provided. The two refrigerators (entry level and kitchen) were great for our 6 adults and 4 children needs. Definitely recommend both the beach house and the location!

Awesome IOP House!

We were looking for a house for 10 adults to celebrate Memorial Day weekend, and we found a great one. Convenient location - two minute walk to the beach, and very close to Wild Dunes and the marina - yet off the main Palm Blvd heavy traffic street. Beds were all super comfortable, and kitchen / den area on main floor was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, and two refrigerators and two washer/dryers made our stay really easy. Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

Such a great weekend

We had a great weekend in IOP! The interior of the house is stunning and so spacious. The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were clean. The outdoor area under the deck was not usable- it was covered in dirt and leaves but the covered deck was amazing. The bunk room is attached to the ground floor primary bedroom. Just an FYI if you are traveling with all adults.

Cousins trip a huge success

Nice Property. Bedroom count in misleading

To be clear. The house was clean. Location was great. Beds and linens were comfortable. Here is the unclear part of the listing description. It is NOT a 5 bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom with a bunk room inside a HUGE closet in 1 of the bedrooms. We have 8 adults and this became an issue when adults were cutting through the bedroom of other adults. We rented assuming all necessary parties would have a dedicated bathroom. The listing clearly states there is a separate bunk room as it s own bedroom with a shared bathroom. Untrue. It is a bunkroom in the huge closet of a 4th master bedroom using the bathroom of that bedroom. I believe a bedroom by legal standards needs to include an egress window and a closet. This has neither. It has a tiny small window at the ceiling. I would have given 5 stars for the rest of the house. I wanted others to be aware of the inaccuracy of the wording in the listing.

Wonderful near-beach neighborhood

This is a wonderfyl, just off the beach (2 min walk) from the wonderfyl IOP beach. The property is tucked into a very beuatifully treed neighborhood, where privacy and quiet is the norm. The house is well appointed, comfortable and affords multiple get-away areas, from master syites, to a family/game-type gathering room, large kitchen, and wonderful screened-in porch off the kitchen.

Easter at the beach

We met other family at IOP. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing big family dinners. Having 2 washers and dryers was great. I loved this house! Right across from the beach. I would totally rent this house again. Might not be good for little ones as there are lots of stairs in the house but it was perfect for our kids ages

Great area to be in...

Property was clean and plenty of space for all of us. Beach was close, we rented 3 golf carts and beach umbrellas and chairs. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Charleston was close and did a horse and buggy ride and went to lunch and dinner. Fun city to visit. Room with bunk beds was smaller than photo. Zones for air condition could have been better planned.

Isle of Palms Beach Home

This beach home had everything our family needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All of the rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and there was plenty of room for dining, playing games, and hanging out. The kitchen had ample supplies for cooking and eating. The screened in porch was large and had ample seating. It was only a short walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this beach home!

Screened Porch Fabulous!!

Great house for our family, all in all. Just wish the king bedroom on the lower level, had it’s own bathroom. The screened porch really made it though. We ate most of our meals out there. Loved being up in the trees! Did not realize this house was 7 houses from the beach when I booked it, but our 3 sight impaired grandkids did not think it was bad! Sorry I misunderstood filling out the stars earlier. I’m somewhat dyslexic!

Great house on Isle of Palms

Beautiful and spacious house close to beach and only a couple of miles from dining / shopping. The large screened in porch was so welcoming and relaxing. A nice bonus was that cabinets and drawers were labeled with contents making finding things a breeze. Great house, great stay!

Palm tree paradise

The house was beautiful and comfortably fit our group of 10 adults. The enclosed porch was perfect for relaxing brunches and dinners. It was only a quick walk to the beach and the provided beach equipment made it that much easier. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!
