The staff was more than accommodating. It is you that I have a problem with. My room was $72.00 a night for 3 days to pay on site. Tell me why were my days changed by you after one day? Their rates were cheaper than the rates you offered after you changed my rates. I am very disappointed in you for I had a personal Emergency. You costed me an additional $70.00 plus taxes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen in our was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable! I love IHG sheets and beds, wish they would tell us where they get them. The service was fantastic. The two ladies are the front desk were so kind and helpful. We also appreciated the late check out. We never figured out how to turn the tv on, but luckily didn’t need it. I’m sure maintenance would have gladly come up to show us but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, great stay, great location & great service from staff.

the parking areas where clean, decebt and quiet. However, the room were outdated and in need of Upgrades and renovations. The sofa beds were worn and torn as well as chairs. There were no carpets throughout the room, and tile in bathroom floor were broken. Surfaces appeared dusty.
