Outside retreat

The hotel front desk attendant Kendrick was wonderful! Room clean, traveled with my dog, room was logistically convenient on floor 1. My dog and I enjoyed the lovely outside area before retiring to the room after a long day of travel. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this location a few times. I love the fact that all of my family can share the huge 3 queen bed suite together. The only issue this time was the tub in Room 411. It's squeaky and feels unsafe, like its going to cave in, especially for adults. Otherwise, everything else was great.

This was my second time staying at this property, loved that it was close to work, clean and quiet. This trip i was told at check-in that they do not "rent" to locals!!! What the heck??? I have never been told to go somewhere else and denied service at a hotel based on where i lived. After panicing because it was passed the cancelation time and not knowing where to go that accepted dogs and not wanting to be charged a cancelation fee the general manager allowed me to stay only after letting me know that its the owners policy. I explain that its nowhere in the website that they do not allow locals to stay there. The reason i was given is that "the locals" apparently "trash" the rooms. My thing is like if you have their card on file then charge them for damages just like every other hotel would. I was very thankful for getting to stay but i prolly wont go through that hassle again... I would suggest that if thats is the case these hotel's should have a big notice that if you are a local you are not welcome.most places ive been offer locals a discount for staying with them, especially during off seasons.

The staff is literally awesome. So friendly. The check in was a breeze and the two ladies working the breakfast on Easter morning couldn't have been nicer and happier. Room was clean and it was a nice little stop on our longer trip down 95.

Good stay

My stay was pleasant. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was that I left my clippers and trimmers in the bathroom of my room and they weren’t turned into the desk staff. Other than that I’d recommend it.

When I was checked in the young man was texting on his cell phone. Acted perturbed that I disturbed him since I literally just booked it. I had to wait for it to come through so I let the person behind me go and as I watched him continue texting on his phone standing at the front desk needing to ask the customer again what she said because he was texting on his phone. He finished with her. I get up there. My reservation is now in the system. He continue texting on his cell phone. I asked a question and waiting for a response and I realize he was still texting on his cell phone then asked me what was it that I said. Very rude,

I am not cleanliness freak, but you somehow feel that your room is not as clean as it agould be. The bed sheets were wrinkled, one of the sheets had some black stains on it. Also, there were three of us, but as somebody else mentioned before, there were only two bath towels provided.
