This place was amazing. It was affordable, the space was here and it was right there by Dollywood. It had pools and trampolines and coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again

To start with room was not ready @4pm so I was given another room and switched then to another room. Tile was lose in the bathroom. Exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like it was going to fall apart and refrigerator never got pass luke warm even though I turned it down. Overall an awful stay. Have been coming here for about 10 years but will be choosing somewhere else next time.

Mini Vacation for a family of 3

We stayed in a one bedroom with a king size bed, the living room had a pullout bed, and a river view balcony. We are a family of 3 with a 10 year old. I really love how they have a double door entrance to your room for you and your neighbor. You use your keycard to unlock the doors. Made it feel even safer. The room was clean and had a lot of room. This room was like a one bedroom apartment. There was a stove, dishwasher and fridge. Standup shower with two shower heads on either side. We only stayed two nights so we didn't get to enjoy the lazy river, bouncy pad, or spa. My son played in the pool the first night for a few hours and loved it. there is a hot tube where the pool is located, I didn't know this or I would have totally brought my swimsuit.

We loved everything about our stay at River Stone. Our room was very clean, it had a stove, refrigerator, a washer and dryer and a lot of other essentials. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The front desk staff were so friendly! We had to unexpectedly leave a cabin in which we had purchased groceries for our stay. The staff at River Stone stored our groceries in a refrigerator until it was time for us to check in. We really appreciated that!

It’s a great facility. Great location. The only negative would be the furniture in the condo was terrible. No way to get comfortable. It’s also time to upgrade to smart TV’s.

This is an amazing place to relax and unwind while really close to all the attractions. It has a kitchen so you can cook while here a washer and a dryer in unit which is very convenient. All around i give it 10 stars 🌟

Love this "hotel" format that allows our family of 4 to vacation with plenty of room to decompress in our own space or together at the end of a busy day. We had a 2 bedroom condo which was perfect for us and the upgrade to penthouse level was awesome! We had a couple of maintenance issues during our stay which were remedied quickly. We will definitely consider Riverstone again if we decide to vacation in the area!!

It is a beautiful resort, exactly as described. We were pleased with the cleanliness and the ease of parking. The carts are located in the lower level for getting your luggage to your room. We did not use the spa services or the pools so I cannot comment on that. The only draw back was the walk-in shower had limited water pressure and one of the shower heads was not working very well. Hopefully that was fixed. I would book again because we felt really safe and like the idea of no one being in our room during the day. It is easy to get to all the attractions.
