We loved our stay in this hotel. The staff is amazing and the breakfast is delicious! Great for families traveling, the family room is bright and spacious. Plus there is free guarded parking!

Good Hotel

The room is not big by Brazilian standards. Bathroom is also small. It is clean and fairly comfortable. We only stayed one night, so recommended for short term stays.

Nice Clean Hotel

Nice clean well placed hotel. The staff could speak more than one language, helpful as we spoke English and Spanish (0 Portuguese). It had nice clean rooms. The pool was nice, but little or no shade to cool off in the heat. Great breakfast buffet with lots to choose from. Nice walking distance to beach, not too far. Supermarket is close too. Only problem was the wall plugs. I couldn't charge my phone nor batteries well, I thought maybe I had done something wrong but when I got home they worked fine.

The staff here was the best we had for our 7 night stay in Brazil. They were extremely helpful with everything, even though we didn't speak Portuguese. The hotel was within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, restaurants, beach). The beds weren't the best we've had but everything else made that seem fine too. They even let us use the roof-top pool and shower after we had checked out. Thank you!

Café da manhã excelente , feito pela cozinha própria . Funcionários da noite bem educados e prestativos, da parte da manhã alguns educados, outros nem menos. Quarto : Em alguns quartos com chuveiros “ Ducha “ essa mesma famosa que so tem frio ou quente, cortinas modelo varão , não deixa o quarto escuro, entra claridade. Bom já deixei na própria recepção essas informações, agora vai do fluxo deles ver se é válido para melhorias ou não .

Amei o hotel!!! Voltaria com certeza e recomendarei para todos. Já na recepção fomos muito bem atendidos. Hotel tem como primeiro diferencial o estacionamento incluso e sem custos, mas posso relacionar vários itens que nos agradaram. O quarto triplo que ficamos era bem limpo, toalhas e roupa de cama cheirosas, tinha amenities no banheiro, ganhamos uma garrafa de água de 1,5l, chocolates e uma cartinha fofa de boas vindas. Achei o hotel bem cuidadoso em agradar. Tem uma piscina com água quente que não tivemos tempo de usar, área de jogos e brinquedoteca para os pequenos. O ponto alto, entretanto, foi um café da manhã muito sortido, farto e com pastéis que conquistaram nosso coração. Área silenciosa também. Parabéns ao funcionários sempre solícitos e gentis conosco! Por mais hotéis no Brasil como vcs.

Fomos colocados num apto acima do portão do estacionamento. Cada vez que abriam ou fechavam o portão o barulho( alto) e vibração eram sentidos no quarto. Reclamamos, mas nao foi tomada nenhuma providencia. Diante das duas ultimas hospedagens ( Balneario Camboriu e Gramado) e por nunca termos tido qquer problema antes, estamos com a sensação de que agora, os piores alojamentos, são destinados para quem reserva pelo hotels.com
