​Péssima experiência. Não recomendo. Fiquei extremamente decepcionado com a estadia. Primeiro, o estacionamento custa R$ 100 a diária e não oferece o mínimo de segurança ou acessibilidade: como a vaga era no G5 e não existem escadas ou elevadores no setor, precisei subir e descer 5 andares pela rampa de veículos. ​No quarto, tudo é muito antigo e a descrição do anúncio não condiz com a realidade (prometeram cama de casal, mas era de solteiro). Para completar, a água que saía das torneiras e do chuveiro era marrom e tinha um cheiro/gosto de cloro fortíssimo, o que é inadmissível.

Olhando as avaliações fiquei com receio de ir mas chegando lá nossa experiência foi bem boa. Quarto limpo todos os dias, o hotel é meio antigo mas ficamos super bem, roupa de cama novos, toalhas trocadas a cada 2 dias,café da manhã maravilhoso, como estava em alta temporada era bom ir cedo pro café, a piscina estava fria achei que era aquecida então preferimos ficar na praia mesmo pois a água estava mais quentinha lá, o estacionamento achei muito caro 100,00 geralmente quando vamos pra bc o estacionamento do hotel é mais acessível do que os estacionamento da rua, estacionamos em outro lugar que deu um desconto pra gente, tirando esse fato obrigada a toda equipe pra nós foi tudo ok

O estacionamento para hóspedes, muito caro, 100,00 a diária, para quem já está hospedado e consumindo os serviços do hotel? Precisa ser revisto esse valor. Acredito que nada justifica essa cobrança por uma vaga num prédio inacabado, sem elevador e sem nenhuma estrutura.

Não respeitaram as observações no momento da compra, de 1 cama de casal e 1 solteiro. Móveis com larvas de cupim. Móveis velhos. Sujeira no box banheiro. Torneira da pia banheiro vazando durante toda a estadia. Ar condicionado sujo. Sacos com lixo acumulado nos corredores do hotel por dias, causando mal cheiro. Café da manhã sem novidades, bem básico. Mofo no quarto.
