We had a very bad experience. No extra trash bags, when you turned the air on insulation was blowing up through the vents, the washer drainage backed up into the tub and was spewing up out of a pipe in the yard by the prooerty. The covers were filthy. They had hair, and a huge urine stain on one. In one of the smaller bedrooms something very questionable and disgusting was on the wall by the bed. The front door had a camera sticker on it so I asked the owners if the property had cameras inside and they would never respond. We wemt to town and when we came back the owners had been to the property supposedly only mowing and fixing a step. We left early. I had a supervisor from VRBO reach out to them and she said they seemed really angry to find out that we were leaving. You could hear people up the hill being very loud when we were loading our vehicle. It made us feel very unsafe. We didn't even get fully refunded for our trip. The supervisor apologized and said that the small amount we got was all that she could get the owners to refund. This person has another VRBO next to this one that is a brick home. We stayed in it previously and the floors were so weak that we were afraid that we would fall through. Had a known that this place was the same people, I would never have rented it but the map on VRBO showed it to be in another location.
