My Cottage Too is the perfect getaway for your visit to Pickwick Lake! It is located on only 5 minutes from the JP Coleman State Park and boat ramp. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and deck to enjoy the peaceful wooded backyard. This completely renovated mobile home has everything you need to make your vacation or getaway to the lake perfect!
Cottage Too is my third rental and I take great pride in my vacation homes being spotless clean, well decorated, and extremely comfortable! This newer cottage is right next door to my Cottage 1, so if you have a BIG group, inquire about renting both! Together or separate, my cottages are the perfect place to enjoy your visit to Pickwick Lake!

Conveniently located only 11 miles/13 minutes from Iuka grocery stores and 13 miles/15 minutes from Pickwick Grocery and local restaurants. All the conveniences of home and then some…

• 3 Bedrooms, King Bed in master, Queen Bed in first guest room, 4 twin bunks in second guest room, plus full futon (children only on futon).
o Sleeps up to 8 adults, plus 2 children
• 2 Bathrooms with spa amenities in the master with huge tiled shower, double faucets including a rain shower, and bamboo shower furniture.
• Outdoor living area with wood fire pit and lots of seating!
o Deck overlooking peaceful woods.
o Charcoal BBQ grill (bring your own charcoal)
o Outdoor eating area with shade plus two lounge chairs to enjoy the sun.
• Full Kitchen – oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher!

Neat as a pin cottage/mobile home

Here for family trip and boating. Everything was clean and neat as a pin, beds were comfy, satellite TV and WiFi marvelous. Anissa checked in with us regularly but was not annoying. Kitchen appliances were good. Fridge with icemaker, could be stocked with few more necessities like salt and pepper and smaller bowls as Grocery stores are 20 minutes away as are restaurants. Master shower was very slippery but remedied with a small piece of yoga mat. Seemed a little overpriced after pet fee as there was only narrow strip of yard to walk my dogs. Overall, a pleasant super clean comfortable accomodation close to state park. Many thanks Anissa.

Nice place

This was a great place to stay for a bass fishing tournament on Pickwick Lake. It was clean and well furnished. Enjoyed having the house next door available to rent as well. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

We brought a couple of bass boats with us and had plenty of parking. The unit was really clean and updated. Also in a great location with JP Coleman state park just down the road. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great rental near JP Coleman State Park

The property was nice and clean, nicely stock with items needed while renting (kitchen items, toiletries, towels & etc). The property owners were very helpful and attentive. It is close to some awesome ATV trails, we enjoyed our trip!
