Booked the suite for the tub inside room. Could not use the tub; was told we could fill the tub with about 4 inches of water and that was it. Could not turn on the jets or fill over the jets. The room smelled like mildew and the air conditioner barely cooled the room. Considering we paid the price for the jacuzzi tub and could not use it would def not book with them again

We couldn’t use the air conditioning in our room because it was so full of dust, dirt, hair, and food particles that it sent out a plume of mildewy air that immediately gave me a headache. Other than that, the room was reasonably clean and comfortable, and the ladies working the desk were friendly-ish and efficient. Breakfast was not great, but no worse than expected.

They sit and watch you the whole time while you are getting your breakfast they don't want you to take anything / food in the room and when I was ready to check out I had to wait for someone to come to the desk almost 15 min.
